Festalfine is recruiting a new part-time Company Executive Officer (CEO) working from home and the company’s Richmond office. The post would suit a former senior executive seeking a rewarding part-time challenge.
The CEO will be a director level appointment, but he or she will not be a member of the Festalfine Board of Directors, which must be composed of unpaid shareholders/leaseholders to whom the CEO will report. There is a full time Estate Manager who looks after the day-to-day running of the estate. The CEO’s primary responsibility will be to ensure the good management of the estate on behalf of the board, providing executive level direction and oversight, and performing director level activities.
Applicants must demonstrate successful senior executive level experience, good communications skills and understanding of corporate management, especially financial and human resource management. Knowledge of estate and contract management would be useful, but training can be provided. The company office is at Lichfield Court in the centre of Richmond next to the railway / underground station with good rail and bus services, and there is gated parking on the estate.
The CEO will work 84 days per year (average 7 days a month) plus 10 days paid holiday entitlement including public holidays (total 94 days) plus 14 extra days in the first year to facilitate the takeover, with an annual salary of around £16,000.
Applications to: Estate Manager, Festalfine Ltd, The Company Office, 34 Lichfield Court, Sheen Road, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1AU or to admin @ festalfine.co.uk. The closing date for applications is 7th June 2013.
