Reception

Reception is manned by Festalfine porters from 07.30 to 21.30 Monday to Friday and from 07.30 to 15.30 on Saturday. Outside these times reception is manned 24 hours a day by Shield Security.
Special arrangements apply over holiday periods please see separate notices on the web-site.

Estate Office

Opening hours for the Estate Office do vary dependant upon the staff available, but normal hours are 08.30 to 16.30 Monday to Friday. If the office is closed during these times please ask at reception when the office is expected to re-open. 

Rubbish Collection – Domestic Only

  1. Domestic rubbish securely placed in the bags provided will be collected from outside your flat. Please ensure that bags are put out before 09.00hrs Monday to Saturday.  Do not put bags out during the day or at night.
  2. There is no collection on Sundays.
  3. A new bag will be left.
  4. Do not leave recycling items outside your flat.  You are responsible for disposing of these in the appropriate recycling bins provided on site
  5. During the autumn period green bags will be left for those that need them to collect leaves from their balcony
  6. If you have large items to dispose of please ask at reception about use of the skip, for which a change is made.

Post

There is a wooden post box to the left of Reception in the Main Lobby.  Collections are made Monday to Friday at 17.30hrs. This is not a facility for business use.

Reception will take delivery of parcels which cannot be delivered to you flat.  A note to this effect will be posted through your letterbox.  Please collect the item in question as soon as possible as storage space is very limited.

Security & Keys

The main gate and lobby doors are locked between 19.00hrs and 07.30hrs Monday to Friday, 15.30hrs Saturday to 07.00hrs Monday.  The gates on the passageway by the side of Northumbria Court are always kept locked.

It is the responsibility of residents to ensure they can gain access during those times
  1. Remember to take your gate and flat keys with you
  2. Participate in Key Release Scheme (please contact Estate Office)

STAFF CHRISTMAS BOX – Traditionally, the Christmas and New Year season has been used by the residents of Lichfield Court to express their appreciation to the staff for their hard work and effort during the year. If you would like to make a contribution, please hand it to the duty porter in an envelope marked Staff Christmas Box or post it through the letterbox of Reception.

This will ensure we maintain accurate personal details and that we are able to contact you or another designated person in case of an emergency. 

2. Basis for processing and use of your data
2.1 Where you are, become, or enquire about becoming, a leaseholder/tenant/contractor or adviser of Festalfine Ltd, the basis for our processing of your personal data will be to enter into and perform the contract between you and us. This will include billing and providing up to date information on any issue that may affect you.
2.2 We may from time to time send you information about matters that we believe will be of interest to you. The basis for our processing of your personal data will be legitimate
interest and/or your consent.

3. Disclosure of your information
3.1 We may employ other companies to provide services for us. These companies will have access to the personal information needed to perform their functions and not for any other purpose. Those functions may include recovering debts, tracing debtors and preventing money laundering and fraud, carrying out necessary repairs, transferring your lease or taking action to enforce the covenants within your lease.
3.2 If our business is merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.

4. Security and data retention
4.1 We employ appropriate security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and
damage.
4.2 We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires, taking into account the nature of the information and purpose for which it has been obtained and is used or held. This may include retaining contact information after you have ceased to be a leaseholder/tenant.
